Americans?
Now we have four as far as this writing is concerned.
1. President
2. House
3. Senate
4. Supreme Court
New 5th Representative to be: Supreme Low Income Court, SLIC
SLIC would be equal in power to the Supreme Court and would
make judgment on people (not corporations) who have less than $30,000.00 a year
income and or have access to no more than $30,000.00 or more in any form of assets. Accident, Health and Life Insurances up to
one million dollars total not included.
When disagreements between Supreme Court and SLIC can’t be
settled within 30 calendar days then the President will cast the deciding vote within
30 calendar days.
All SLIC proceedings are to be open to the general public
live, as they happen, even American prisoners.

Why a poor person wouldn’t trust the big and powerful:
January 14, 2014 court decision which freed 6 police officers who murdered a defenseless homeless man.
Thomas, 37, died five days after a violent confrontation with six officers in July 2011. A surveillance camera at the busy transit center where the incident unfolded captured him screaming for his father again and again and begging for air as the police kneed him, jolted him with an electric stun gun and used the blunt end to strike him around the face and head.
